Days are moving fast and only a few days left for the labor and a wonderful soul will arrive to this world. You are anxious and happy but at the same time, feeling afraid of pain that you will have to bear. You can prepare your self psychologically by assuring that no beautiful thing is received with out pain. Every pain is followed by a gain. So be prepared and follow some tips that will help you to cope up with the stress. You must first, relax. This is very important. You must be able to remain calm during your labor. Although it is difficult becoming anxious or irritated will only make things worst.

If, music is relaxing you then you must bring a CD player along with you. It will soothe your pain to a certain extent. You must bring any thing that helps you to remain calm and cozy. You can also get a massager along with you and can be given by your partner when you feel achy, at your back.

You must select the family members like your partner, your mom etc whom you want to be with you in the labor room. You must surround yourself with a lot of love and loving fellows. You will feel relaxed.
