Mentally Prepare Yourself for Labor and Be Relaxed

Pregnancy is the time when you feel anxiety as well as happiness, tension and stress as well as enthusiasm. But you must be prepared mentally. Remember every pain is followed by a gain. So if you will have pain during labor, only after that a beautiful baby will be brought to this world. You think of yourself as a creator of such a beautiful soul.

You can control your anxiety by thinking of a happy place in your mind. Think of a place, which gives you feelings of calmness. You must think that you are sitting there and enjoying some good moments. This imagination will make you happy and you can maintain your cool. Open your eyes after you have relaxed. Again when you feel some thing depressing go back to your happy place.

Do not talk negative. Be confident and positive. When you talk about your insecurities and fear of pain with other females, you will hear the stories of their pain or some one else' and this will make you depressed. Rather do not think and talk negative at the first place. You must practice positive thinking and must not let the icy jaws of fear let your calmness throw out. You must maintain a good mental balance.

You must consistently remind yourself that

I am very strong and can bear pain to any extent.

I love my child and to bring him to this world I can pass through trials.

I am gifted with love, which I want to give my child.

Such positive affirmations will make you strong mentally.
