You must always complete the meal with milk. If you suffer from extreme nausea there are saltines to help you. Eat a few saltines before you go to bed at night. Try eating a few in the morning before you attempt to get out of bed. Ginger is very good to get rid of nausea. You can try ginger peppermints. Ginger teas also serve the purpose. You must always keep ginger peppermints accessible and can have it if you feel drowsy.
