Morning Sickness Is Something Common During Pregnancy-How To Beat It?

Many women experience morning sickness during their first trimester of pregnancy. Followed by nausea and vomiting Morning sickness can actually occur at any time of the day, not just in the morning.

If you are experiencing morning sickness, the most important thing you can do is simply take care of yourself. Don't try to push yourself. You must try some tips for coping with your morning sickness.

Re-hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water. If you are not able to drink plain water, try something carbonated, like Sprite. But do not take coffees.

Certain foods and certain aromas or perfumes make you feel nausea. If this happens you must try to avoid such strong odor that you are not comfortable with.

You will also have heart burn sometimes. If this happens you must stop eating spicy food. If you cannot resist the temptation then you must have it in a smaller portion. You must always complete the meal with milk.

If you suffer from extreme nausea there are saltines to help you. Eat a few saltines before you go to bed at night. Try eating a few in the morning before you attempt to get out of bed.

Ginger is very good to get rid of nausea. You can try ginger peppermints. Ginger teas also serve the purpose. You must always keep ginger peppermints accessible and can have it if you feel drowsy.
