Before your pregnancy you have slogged a lot. You had no time to relax and take a short nap. But this is the time when you can live for yourself and pamper yourself. You must take a short nap in the afternoon. In this way you can relax and get a break, which you badly need. See how fresh you will feel when you get up.

You must soak your foot for 15-20 minutes in water. You can add some aroma oils in that to relax better. You will feel great. You will feel energetic after you remove your feet.

Getting a massage is the best way to pamper your self. You will never have such time after you have a baby. You will be too busy for all this. You can get an appointment with the local spa and get new energy. At first you may try to avoid this, but this is too relaxing.

A manicure and a pedicure is also a good idea. You may feel it as a kind of extravaganza, but you are worth all this. It is a stress reliever and energy booster. You can feel sexy by doing things for yourself.
