Easy Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 pound beef pot roast
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 packet dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup beef broth

Directions

• Place pot roast in crock pot and top with mushrooms.
• In a small bowl, mix soup mix and beef broth, then pour into crockpot.
• Cover and cook 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
